About Al Zahiya

The large district of al zahiya is designed in harmony with nature. At its heart is an extensive park next to the beach, encompassing a lake. Behind and to each side, tall residential towers overlook the park and water beyond.

Al Zahiya’s park – the largest in al raha beach – features an Eco-Centre built to display rare plants along with an aviary and a butterfly house. The centre will be able to inform visitors about aspects of nature, housing examples of different ecological zones.
